1. Purpose

This Electronic Signature and Records Consent Policy (“E-Sign Consent Policy”) describes how Maven Media, LLC dba SmartAutoAssist (“SmartAutoAssist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) delivers disclosures, agreements, and other information to you electronically. By submitting information through our Website or clicking buttons such as “Submit,” “View Rates,” “Get Quote,” or “I Agree,” you consent to receive and sign records electronically as described below.

An “electronic signature” includes any electronic sound, symbol, or process attached to or logically associated with a record and executed or adopted by a person with the intent to sign such record.


2. Scope of Your Consent

Your consent applies to all communications, disclosures, agreements, notices, and other documents related to your use of SmartAutoAssist.com and our Services (collectively, “Communications”).

4. How to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive records electronically at any time by emailing support@smartautoassist.com with the subject line “Withdraw E-Sign Consent.”

Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity of any previously delivered or signed electronic documents, but we may be unable to continue providing certain services to you.

If you withdraw consent, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal electronically or in writing and specify the date it becomes effective.


5. Requesting Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any document we delivered electronically by contacting us at support@smartautoassist.com or mailing us at:

We do not charge a fee for providing paper copies.

Paper copies will be mailed within a reasonable time after we receive your request.
